Windshield Warranty by Henderson Glass
When you purchase our 20/20 Windshield warranty it will protect your windshield against accidental breakage for 20 months or 20,000 miles after we replace it. If you get a chip, we’ll fix it. If your new windshield gets broken, we’ll replace it – at no cost to you!
The 20/20 warranty must be applied to your order at the time of purchase – look for the white sticker on the back of your receipt.
This program provides a replacement or repaired windshield if the qualifying windshield should become damaged within the warranty period of 20 months or 20,000 miles from the warranted date of replacement. Windshields may only be installed in private passenger vehicles (cars and light-duty trucks) under this program. Commercial vehicles are not eligible for this program.
- Windshield replacements in insurance and retail orders are allowed under this program. Fleet and Wholesale accounts are not eligible.
- Customers may opt to use current deductible discounts that may be offered instead of this program.
- The glass must be in stock at the Henderson store location. No special order or dealer parts will be eligible.
- The warranty replacement applies only to the original windshield installed by Henderson Glass.
- Multiple Vision Clear repairs may be performed.
A Henderson Glass location must complete all warranty replacements under this program.

Limited Lifetime Warranty - Auto Glass Replacement
Auto Glass Replacement: Replacement Auto Glass sold and installed by Henderson Glass is warranted against defects in material and workmanship, for as long as the purchaser owns or leases the vehicle and the problem has not been caused by a defect in the vehicle, including, but not limited to corrosion. Our installation labor of this same glass and the integrity of the replaced seal is also warranted, for the same duration, to be defect free. Henderson will perform warranted repairs at no charge.
Water leaks due to seal failure must be reported to Henderson Glass within 30 days, and the customer must take reasonable action to prevent water damage within the vehicle.
Corrosion Abatement: If we performed our corrosion abatement process (rust repair) during your auto glass replacement, the glass part’s seal is warranted to remain fully intact for 12 months up to 12,000 miles after the installation. Due to the cancerous nature of rust, we cannot guarantee against its eventual return. This warranty supersedes our lifetime labor warranty when corrosion is indicated.
Windshield Stone Chip Repairs: Windshield Stone Chip Repairs performed on your vehicle are guaranteed for as long as you own or lease the vehicle. If you become dissatisfied with the repair for any reason, the full cost of the chip repair can be credited towards the purchase of a windshield replacement for the same vehicle.
Automotive Mechanical Repairs and Accessories: Warranties on automotive parts other then glass are limited to those provided by the part manufacturer and are not supplemented by Henderson Glass. Henderson Glass warrants our installation labor for non-glass parts for one year. Henderson will install, for no charge, warranty parts provided by the manufacturer within one year of the original installation – a labor charge may apply after one year. General Provisions of all our Warranties: To seek remedy under any Henderson Glass warranty, the customer must contact Henderson Glass and make arrangements for Henderson to inspect and repair the defect within 30 days. Our warranties do not cover additional damages resulting from a defect in product or labor if those damages could have been prevented by reasonable action from the customer. All warranty work must be performed by Henderson Glass or a service provider designated by Henderson Glass. Costs and charges from repairs by a non-designated service provider will not be reimbursed.
Warranty claims can be reported the service center where the work was performed or by calling 1-800-622-6854. The customer must produce a Henderson Glass receipt or enough information to locate Henderson’s electronic record of the original service invoice.
We make no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face thereof. None of the warranties herein are transferable. Our liability shall not include any direct, consequential, or incidental losses or damages in states that allow this exclusion.
This warranty will become void should breakage or damage of the replacement glass occur due to the misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, vandalism, theft, Acts of God, intentionally inflicted damage, or if the glass is serviced by a party other than Henderson Glass.
