Henderson Glass traces its roots to the Henderson Tire Company founded in 1915 by Harry and William Henderson. Glass services were introduced by the 1940’s, eventually overtaking the tire business and becoming the focus of the Henderson Glass Company.
In 2021, Safelite purchased the company from the Henderson family, rebranding the auto glass side of the business. Henderson Glass retained the residential and commercial flat glass service business. In 2023, Henderson Glass was acquired by KSI Kitchen & Bath, returning to its local, Michigan family-owned roots as a member of the KSI Family of Brands.
